Seeking Solar Committee Members

The Town of Batavia Town Board adopted Local Law 1 of 2021, “Moratorium on Solar Energy” on January 20, 2021.  Said Moratorium is effective for one hundred and eighty days to review and amend the Town comprehensive Plan and Zoning Regulations. The Town is forming a “Solar Committee” of up to 12 members to include town staff and community members.
