Help Wanted – Water/Wastewater Maintenance Employee

Town of Batavia Water & Wastewater Department seeks a full-time Water & Wastewater Maintenance Employee:  

Public water and wastewater operation and maintenance often go unseen; We all expect our faucets to work, and our toilets to flush. The incumbent employee will have an opportunity to develop coveted knowledge and skills about how water and wastewater systems operate. From installing a water meter to repairing a water main break or repairing a lift station pump, you will be part of a team that can get the job done safely and efficiently.

This position requires one year experience in standard mechanical or construction trades, or equivalent training and experience.
